Gentle Journey is a day spa in Santa Monica, California. A few years ago, we had the good fortune to come across the Germaine de Capuccini product line which we quickly adopted as our key professional and retail product line.
After a few years of hoping and wishing, we have recieved permission to offer Germaine de Capuccini products on-line. We are however only approved to sell to destinations in the USA. So, if you're in Canada or some other country, we are unfortunately unable to help you. However if you would like to visit Germaine de Capuccini's (international) web site, you may be able to track down a location where you can find what you are looking for.

Gentle Journey uses the United States Postal Service's priority mail which is said to be able to ship product to anywhere in the United States inside of three business days.

You may notice in your shopping cart that your products may weigh less than one pound, but the shipping charges will be reflect the cost for more than one pound. This is because the weight of the shipping materials are added to the weight of the product you have purchased behind the scenes. The shipping weight isn't based on the liquid in the bottle that you purchase, but the product's packaging and postal materials as well.
We encourage you to use an address that is secure as we accept no responsibility for the package after it has been delivered by the USPS.
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday within 24 hours of receiving the orders. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
Items available on-hand will be shipped within 24 hours as mentioned above. Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they are available. Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items until they are shipped.
At this time, we ship only to United States.
California sales tax of 8.25% will be added and automatically calculated on all orders shipped within the state of California. Other than that little downside, we're quite enthusiastic about living in The Golden State.
It is assumed, by purchasing these products, that you have been to a Germaine de Capuccini Salon or Spa and have been exposed to these products previously. Returns are therefore accepted only under the following conditions:
If you do need to return a product, please place it into a plastic bag or some other container that will not leak when the item is shipped back. Please include the name and address of the original purchaser of the item.
Gentle Journey is militantly opposed to junk mail, email spam, or any unrequested messages from marketers. That's why we won't be bothering you with special offers or other distractions. We won't be selling, renting, or teasing "third parties" with your personal information.

When you receive an email verification of your order and when you receive an email verification that your order has been shipped, the subject line will include the word "americart". If you are using spam filters to limit the amount of junk email you receive, you'll want to make sure that the term "americart" in the subject line is diverted into your "in" box or wherever you want it to go.
