Shipping Policies

Gentle Journey uses the United States Postal Service's priority mail which is said to be able to ship product to anywhere in the United States inside of three business days.

We have adopted a simple shipping calculator to any destination in the USA provided you have a valid USPS zip code (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and AFB addresses).

Our shipping charge is simply $5. That's it. Just $5. The only exception to that is if you make a purchase of over $100, then the shipping is free. Be sure to enter the word "gentle" when prompted in the shopping cart checkout or registration page.

No handling, no upcharges for whatever reason. If your purchase weighs 1 ounce, the total shipping charge is $5. If your purchase weighs 1 pound. We charge you $5. If your purchase weighs a ton. We charge you $5. That's it. Just $5.

We encourage you to use an address that is secure as we accept no responsibility for the package after it has been delivered by the USPS.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 24 hours of receiving the orders. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Items available on-hand will be shipped within 24 hours as mentioned above. Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they are available.

At this time, we ship only to United States.
